This workshop assists hospitality professionals to develop their grooming, deportment and self-presentations skills to gain the self-confidence for their roles as successful Managers.
How does it work?
This fun and interactive workshop is focused on practical guidelines which participants can use effectively. The session is divided in an initial lecture part supported by many power points visuals followed by a practical session applying the learnt tips and techniques of self presentation, meet-and-greet and basic business ethics.
Who is it for?
This workshop is for all guest contact staff on all levels in all departments who act as ambassadors of their hotel.
What will you learn?
Participants will learn to appreciate the impact and importance of appropriate grooming and deportment. They understand how to make the 'First Impression' filter work for themselves and will receive practical tips and useful guidelines to enhance their personal appearance.
